I don’t want to get doxxed, so the address will be given when setting up a showing. However, I can say the home is located along HWY 235 – about 5 minutes from PAX River main gate.
Is the monthly payment negotiable?
Unfortunately not

Yes. We can hash out the length, but ideally 1 year.
Are utilities included?
Yes! All utilities are included. This factors in water, power, trash, internet, etc. The price shown is the total price.
